Like we said before, man, it's just straight up microgreens. Nothing more, nothing less. Grown regeneratively in organic soil.

Depends on how many you take per day, but we recommend taking it every day (start with 1-2). You don't wanna overdo it, trust us. Unless... you like having a numb face.

Take at least one per day. We suggest no more than two a day to start. After that, you can do more. Just don't over do it, man. Plants are powerful, enjoy responsibly.

We definitely recommend taking all three to conquer the day and the man! Take rise in the morning, focus midday and chill right before bed.

Please consult your physician before changing up your diet regimen, especially if you take blood thinners.
